FRONT RANGE HELICOPTER SERVICE RATES

A $150 deposit is required for local helicopter transportation, including sightseeing tours.
Weight restrictions: 540lbs including passengers and luggage; 290lbs per seat. Final luggage space will be contingent on passenger count.
Please note that we will request approximate weights for all passengers at time of booking.

 

Boulder to Denver International Airport / Centennial Airport (1-2 passengers): 

$885.00 + $100.00 landing fee, including ground transportation to or from Boulder Municipal Airport

 Front Range Sight-Seeing Tours (1-3 passengers):

Half-hour tour: $600.00, including ground transportation to and from Rocky Mountain Regional Airport
One Hour tour: $770.00, , including ground transportation to and from Rocky Mountain Regional Airport

Red Rocks VIP Helicopter Package: 

$1,100.00, including helicopter flight to The Fort for dinner, ground transportation from The Fort to Red Rocks, and ground transportation back to Boulder following the concert

 

MOUNTAIN HELICOPTER SERVICE RATES

Final rates will depend on actual flight time. Ground transportation included if flights depart from Boulder Municipal Airport. 
Ground transportation to/from Rocky Mountain Regional Airport will be charged at our hourly rates. Ground transportation at destination not included, but can be arranged.
Charter flights to the mountains or use of the larger helicopters will be pre-charged in full. We kindly request three days notice for booking (although we may be able to secure helicopters with less time). 
Please note that we will request approximate weights for all passengers at time of booking.

 

Aircraft hourly rates (may vary; rates will be confirmed at booking):

Long Ranger (1-5 passengers) - $1,500.00
Jet Ranger (1-4 passengers) - $1,800.00
A-Star (1-5 passengers) - $2,000.00

Approximate billable flight time for popular mountain destinations:

Boulder to Vail: 2.5 hours
Boulder to Aspen: 3 hours
Boulder to Steamboat: 2 hours
 
 

 

TERMS OF SERVICE & Cancellation Policy

 

Limousine service: Limousine cancellations must be made by 10PM the night prior to travel. There is a $75 charge for late limousine cancellations. Limousine cancellations made within four hours of vehicle deployment will be charged the full fare.

Ski transportation: Ski transportation may require a 20% deposit and cancellations must be made no later than two weeks prior to scheduled service. Late cancellations will be charged the deposit amount, and cancellations made within one week of service date will be charged the full fare.

Group, ski, and special event transportation: Group and special event transportation may require a 20% deposit and cancellations must be made no later than two weeks prior to the engagement. Late cancellations will be charged the deposit amount, but cancellations made within ten days of engagement date will be charged the full fare.

Helicopter transportation: Helicopter cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled service. Late helicopter cancellations will be charged the full fare.

Late rides & holidays: For rides beginning between 11PM and 5AM and for rides on major holidays (including Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day), there is a $25 surcharge for limousine charters and a $75 surcharge for ski and group charters.

In the event that any unpaid balance is referred to an agency or attorney for the recovery of any unpaid balance, I understand that I will be responsible all the costs of the recovery including agency fees, attorney fees and court costs.

Boulder Transport helicopter service is provided by Colorado Heliops, Inc. headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. Colorado Heliops, Inc. is an FAA Certified Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate Number 3CIA016K. For other aircraft not operated by Colorado Heliops under the Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate, Colorado Heliops, Inc. serves as an agent in obtaining air charter services for our customers. They select carriers that are certificated by the FAA and registered with the US Dept. of Transportation. All Colorado Heliops arranged flights are operated by Part 135 Air Carriers.
