MEET ELIZABETH!

We’d like to welcome the newest member of our fleet, a 2024 Cadillac CT5 Premium Luxury Edition. We’ve named it Elizabeth, and we’re very excited to get it into service!

SAYING GOODBYE TO LUCILLE

When I founded Boulder Transport, I did so from a taxi. I had $7,000 to buy a car, commercial insurance, and the airport bond, and when all was said and done I had exactly 30 cents to my name. It was April 17, 2015 and I needed to make rent by May 1st. After much deliberation, the car I chose was a GMC Yukon XL. I named her Lucille. I spent up to 15 hours a day in her, and she was always game to go for another ride. Today, 350,000 miles later, our company is retiring Lucille from service. The appraiser told me she is the finest vehicle he has ever seen with such high mileage, which is truly a credit to our team and our culture of maintenance and care, which is the backbone of our company’s standard.

This is a bittersweet day for me. While we have replaced Lucille with a brand new vehicle made-to-order for us by GMC, I will never forget that I drove 400,000 miles in three years to get this company off the ground, and that many of those miles were covered by Lucille. She started this with me, and she will always be a symbol of this company: Tireless, capable, and comfortable. From the beginning to the very end.

I will miss this truck, and will never forget its massive contribution to our company and my life.

We’re very excited to welcome yet another new vehicle to our fleet. Meet Claire. A 2023 Yukon XL, she can seat up to 6 passengers in total comfort, and features the latest in safety and entertainment technology. We’re very excited to continue the work of renewing our fleet, a core part of our ongoing commitment to our clients’ safety and comfort.

MEET MABEL, OUR NEWEST EXECUTIVE VAN

We’re extremely excited to introduce you to Mabel (we name our vehicles), our newest executive van. She can seat 14 passengers in perfect luxury and features a full entertainment system with television, wall outlets for all seats, and all-wheel-drive with snow tires for maximum safety on Colorado roads.
