TERMS OF SERVICE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms of service: Please note that our terms of service may be updated at any time. Please check this page for the latest terms of service prior to your ride. By completing the booking form, you are making a booking with Boulder Transport and are bound by the terms of service and cancellation policies detailed here. Hourly limousine and helicopter service times are calculated garage-to-garage in full-hour increments. In cases of overflow, services may be delegated to affiliate companies that are carefully selected by Boulder Transport and certified to perform them by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. We reserve the right to decline or cease to provide transportation service as authorized by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. Smoking and eating are not allowed in our vehicles. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged in the event of unreasonable soiling of vehicle. Damage done to our vehicles will require a $500 payment in addition to the cost of repair. Customers assume complete responsibility for the inspection, installation, and performance of any child seats or other supplementary equipment we may provide, and accept complete liability for the use of such equipment. Additional terms of service are prescribed in the rules of transportation by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and our most recent tariff filed with the Commission.
Limousine service: Limousine cancellations must be made by 10PM the night prior to travel. There is a $75 charge for late limousine cancellations. Limousine cancellations made within four hours of vehicle deployment will be charged the full fare.
Ski transportation: Non-peak season ski transportation may require up to a 50% deposit and cancellations must be made no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled service date. Late cancellations will be charged the deposit amount, and cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will be charged the full fare. Peak season ski transportation may require full payment at booking and cancellations must be made within 30 days of the scheduled service date. Cancellation terms for your ride are always available upon request.
Group, wedding, and special event transportation: Group, wedding, and special event transportation may require up to a 50% deposit and cancellations must be made no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled service date. Full payment may be taken once the cancellation window has closed, with adjustments made after the rides are completed.
Helicopter transportation: Non-mountain helicopter cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service date, and mountain helicopter cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled service date. Late helicopter cancellations will be charged the full fare.
Airport waiting time: Rides beginning at airports are allotted 45 minutes of waiting time from the landing time of the customer’s flight. Waiting time beyond 45 minutes will be charged at the prorated hourly rate for the vehicle used.
Late rides & holidays: There is an additional $25 charge for airport and hourly rides beginning between 11PM and 5AM and for all rides on major holidays (including Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). Ski rides beginning between 8PM and 7AM are assessed an additional $75 charge.
